 About Us

We are a family run business established in 2021.

Our 56 foot narrowboat is named The Georgie Bee after our son.  Our boat is Moored at Mercia Marina, Findern Lane, Willington, Derbyshire, DE65 6DW.

We offer self drive narrowboat holidays starting on Mondays and Fridays.  Mondays are 4, 7, 11  and 14 nights.  Fridays are 3, 7, 10 and 14 nights.  Longer breaks are available on request.

Our boat is a 4-berth and we are a pet free boat (due to one of us being allergic).

We are fully licensed and insured for hiring out our boat.  We are also a member of the River Canal Rescue.

We give full operating and driving instructions and go through the first lock together before handing over the boat.  Therefore, no need to worry if you are new to boating!
